Privacy notice
How survey-request information is handled.
This notice explains how Thermorite UK uses the information submitted through the online free cavity survey request.
Tell us what is worrying you. Thermorite will confirm eligibility and the next step.
Information collected and why
The survey form collects your name, email address, telephone number, postcode, property details, main concern, preferred contact method, consent choice, source page and submission time. Thermorite uses this information to review eligibility, respond to the request, discuss the property and manage follow-up.
The website also records an internal lead reference, follow-up status and whether the operational owner notification was accepted. The notification contains the key enquiry details needed for prompt follow-up.
Storage, access and retention
Survey enquiries are stored in the website database and are available to authenticated administrators. Hosting, database and operational notification providers process data only to run the website and its enquiry workflow.
Enquiries should be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage follow-up and meet applicable record-keeping requirements, then deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed.
Your choices and contact route
You may ask Thermorite to provide, correct or delete information held about your enquiry, subject to any applicable exception. Use the online survey request and state clearly that your message concerns privacy or personal information.
The request should include enough information for Thermorite to identify the relevant enquiry safely. Do not include financial, medical or other sensitive information in the free-text field.
