Section 01

Leaving the cavity alone can be a useful answer

If the accessible findings appear satisfactory and do not point toward a cavity remedy, no further cavity work may be recommended from those findings. That can be a clearer and more useful outcome than making work fit a symptom.

The visible condition is always discussed in context. A survey does not say that one inspection point explains every comfort concern in the property.

Section 02

A localised issue may lead to a proportionate discussion

A visible gap, obstruction or other defined concern at an accessible point may support a targeted rectification discussion rather than full removal. The scope depends on the property and what can reasonably be addressed.

Thermorite explains what is known, what remains uncertain and why a particular scope may or may not be appropriate before work is agreed.

Section 03

Extraction and later suitability are not one automatic route

Where visible conditions and wider property information support it, extraction may be discussed. If preparation is agreed, a later conversation can then consider whether the wall and cavity appear suitable for any future installation.

Removal does not promise installation, and installation is not assumed merely because material is removed. Each conversation remains tied to the property as it is understood at that stage.
