Section 01

Photos are optional context, not proof of a cause

A clear photograph of the room, wall or exterior area that concerns you may help Thermorite understand what you have noticed before the first conversation. It does not diagnose a building issue or prove what is happening inside a cavity.

You can still request a survey without photographs, reports or original paperwork. Start with the concern and the postcode if that is all you have.

Section 02

Keep the images relevant and easy to understand

If you choose to attach photos, take a wider view to show the room or wall in context, followed by a closer view of the specific detail you want to discuss. A previous report connected with earlier cavity work can also be useful where available.

Avoid uploading financial, medical or other sensitive personal information. The request form accepts a small number of relevant PDF and image files for authorised follow-up.

Section 03

Describe what the photo does not show

A short note about the location, the concern and when you noticed it can make an optional image more useful. For example, explain whether a wall is external or whether a room feels colder than the rest of the home.

Thermorite still reviews the property details and discusses eligibility before any visit. The image supports the conversation; it does not replace a property-specific assessment.
